Features:

1.    Display: PC System and Monitor provided by the customer. Recommended monitor

       Size = 17.

2.    Magnification Range: 16.5X to 105X.

3.    Field of View: 25mm x 18mm (Standard system) to 50mm x 36mm (Magnification   

       Accessory).

4.    Resolution: 100 lp/mm on object at full zoom.

5.    Maximum Working Distance: 140 mm.

6.    Permissible height of Object: 0 to 50 mm.

7.    System Size: length = 414 mm, width = 315mm, height = 411mm.

8.    Illumination: Top illumination provided by LED ring with intensity control.

9.    Measurement Accuracy: 10 micron in full magnification.

10.   Measurement Software features such as:  

             a) Measures dimensions, angles, radii, distance between centers, polygon area   

                 and perimeter, ellipses dimensions etc.

             b) Software is pre-calibrated at all detented magnification settings so that the

                 customer does not need to calibrate during usage.

             c) Measurement is done through the use of powerful edge detection tools that  

                 considerably increase the accuracy and ease of use of the software.

                 Measurement can also be done by input point/s and/or line/s.

             e) Measures difficult to measure areas of arbitrary shapes, curved lengths etc.

             f) Images can be annotated and saved along with measured data into MS Word or

                 MS Excel files.

              h) The software can be customized or upgraded as per the application   

                requirement at extra cost.

Product Enhancement Options:

The customer can choose any of the following options, which can be seamlessly added on to the baseline system. The selection of options will need to be made before placing of final order.

1)      2x Optical attachment. Magnification range = 33X to 210X.

2)      0.5x Optical attachment. Magnification range = 8X to 52X. This increases the FOV to 50 x 36 mm.

3)      Manual moveable XY stage with 50 x 75 mm travel.

4)      Manual moveable XY stage fitted with Micrometer heads (25 x 25 mm travel).

5)      3D Angular View attachment (35°). This is an additional optical attachment allowing the customer to view the object from different angles. Very useful to observe solder quality for mounted components.
